Open company room · September 2026

Pukot measures what you can do. Sulog helps you decide where to go.

This is the public version of our working investor room: product links, company thesis, research basis, monetization routes, open questions and the founding-team gap. We separate operating product from experiments and longer-term thesis.

Private legal, financial and repository diligence is available to serious investors and partners on request.
One loop, two systems
Pukot
Demonstrated capability and human judgment.
Sulog
Direction, constraints, trade-offs and next moves.
Outcome
What actually happened after the task or decision.
Capability is evidence. It is not destiny.
What we are building

Two connected products with different jobs.

Pukot

Pukot turns bounded questions and real tasks into evidence about where a person or group is useful. Current work includes AI evaluation, preference data, annotation, forecasting and task-specific reliability.

Sulog

Sulog helps a person understand where they are, what they want to change, which routes are credible and what to do next. Career is the deepest live domain today.

Why the Philippines first

A concentrated version of a global transition problem.

The Philippines combines education-to-work mismatch, large overseas-work flows, mature BPO routes, remote-work alternatives and uneven local opportunity. That makes the question “what realistic route exists from where I am now?” unusually visible.

15.2% youth NEET

In July 2026, 15.2% of Filipinos aged 15–24 were not in education, employment or training, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.

2.19m overseas workers

PSA estimated 2.19 million Overseas Filipino Workers in 2024. Overseas work is a mainstream route that must be compared with local, remote and domestic-mobility alternatives.

39% overeducated estimate

PIDS research on education-job mismatch estimated that 39% of employed individuals were overeducated for their jobs, highlighting persistent information and matching failures.

Routes we are testing

Expand route by route, not country by country.

Degree → first work

Turn education, projects and early experience into realistic first routes without assuming the degree title defines the career.

Degree bypass / middle-skill

Compare university with technical training, certification, apprenticeship, portfolio work and direct experience.

BPO → adjacent higher-value work

Translate service, operations, QA, training and support evidence into credible adjacent roles.

Remote / freelance / global work

Measure whether a person has enough demonstrated evidence for remote work and identify the smallest proof gaps.

Work abroad / move / return

Compare feasibility, net economics, progression, family trade-offs and local alternatives.

Disengagement → re-entry

Explore low-friction pathways back into economically useful participation for people poorly served by conventional pipelines.

How this can make money

Annotation is the clearest payer today. It should not be the end state.

We are deliberately testing several buyer routes rather than pretending they are already proven businesses.

AI evaluation & data programs

Current wedge. Buyers pay for task design, routed human responses, quality control, provenance and structured delivery.

Human-work marketplace

Buyers fund tasks; Pukot routes work by demonstrated reliability. The commercial goal is progression and better routing, not permanent low-wage labor.

Sponsored Sulog cohorts

Universities, training providers, employers and workforce programs pay for navigation plus aggregate outcome reporting.

Recruitment / placement

Employers pay if demonstrated capability plus explicit direction produces better-qualified, more motivated matches than CV filtering alone.

Outcome intelligence

Institutions may pay for de-identified cohort analytics around route attempts, interventions and outcomes. We do not propose selling identifiable personal data.

Capability-routing software

Longer-term thesis. External platforms could use Pukot to decide whom to ask next and update capability evidence from outcomes.

Founding team

Commercial founder in place. CTO and CDO search active.

Founder Jakub Kamecki brings commercial, operations and GTM experience across enterprise software and operating leadership. The company is actively looking for founder-level technical and data leadership capable of simplifying the architecture, challenging the thesis and making the evidence investor- and buyer-grade.

CTO mandate

Own architecture, product engineering, security, identity, reliability and technical consolidation across Pukot and Sulog.

CDO mandate

Own capability measurement, calibration, task quality, route/outcome data, experimentation and data governance.

Technical diligence

The code is private. The products are public.

We do not publish production repositories merely to make fundraising easier. Serious investors, partners and technical reviewers can receive scoped read-only repository access and a controlled operator demo after first interest.

Boundary: production credentials, private candidate/contributor data and secret-bearing operational systems are never part of the public room.
