We care more about what someone can demonstrate than what their CV claims. Stronger evidence can increase the chance of being considered for relevant projects, but it never guarantees work.
Reward follows real economic value
No bounty is paid for a signup. For the current expert/team referral pilot, a qualifying reward is 10% of Pukot contribution margin from the referred person’s first qualifying paid project, capped at USD 250 equivalent, and only after Pukot has collected the related revenue.
You refer Ana. Ana builds a strong Data Analyst profile, is selected for a paid project, completes accepted work, and that work produces $600 of contribution margin after direct costs. Under the current pilot rule, the referral reward would be $60 equivalent. If there is no qualifying paid project or no collected contribution margin, there is no referral payout.

Pukot.AI exists because the economic upside from AI should not belong only to people already inside technology companies, major cities or conventional credential pipelines.
